Welcome to UMZosi (umzosi.com). By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UMZosi ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all applicable rules. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency-based services in your country. We do not provide services to users in jurisdictions where such platforms are prohibited.

3. About UMZ Coin

UMZ is the internal earning coin of UMZosi. All rewards across the Platform (Faucet, PTC Ads, Shortlinks, Offerwalls, Mining, Games and Referrals) are paid in UMZ coins. The conversion rate is 500 UMZ = $1 USD. UMZ coins have no monetary value outside the Platform and can only be used or withdrawn through the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Only one account per person and per IP address is allowed.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your password secure. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
• Our team will never ask for your password.
• Accounts found sharing the same IP address may be flagged and suspended.

5. Earning Methods

The Platform offers multiple ways to earn UMZ coins: Faucet Claims, PTC Ads, Shortlinks, Offerwalls, Crypto Mining and Games. All rewards are credited to your account balance instantly. Rewards, rates and cooldowns may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Faucet, PTC Ads & Shortlinks

• Rewards are only credited when the captcha/security check is completed correctly.
• AdBlockers, VPNs, proxies and automated tools are strictly prohibited.
• Keeping the tab inactive during ad timers or using bots will result in no reward and possible account suspension.
• Each ad/shortlink can only be credited once per cooldown period.

7. Offerwalls

Offerwall rewards are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for missing credits caused by advertisers, but you may submit a support ticket for investigation. Using fake information, VPNs or completing offers fraudulently will result in reversed earnings and account suspension.

8. Crypto Mining Blocks

• Mining blocks are purchased with a one-time payment and activate instantly.
• Blocks mine automatically 24/7, even when you are offline.
• Total return is capped at up to 200% of the block purchase price. Once this limit is reached, the block stops producing profits.
• Mining is a simulated feature on our Platform — it is not a real cryptocurrency mining service or an investment product.
• Block purchases are non-refundable.

9. Games & Betting

• Games (Coin Flip, Dice, Crypto Binary) use your account balance and involve risk. You can lose your balance.
• Play responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse game systems (including bug abuse, scripting or pattern exploitation) will result in balance forfeiture and permanent ban.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed.

10. Referral Program

• You earn up to 30% commission on the earnings of users who register through your referral link.
• Commission rates are shown on the referral page and may change at any time.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts and incentivized sign-ups are strictly prohibited.
• Referral earnings from suspicious accounts may be reversed without notice.

11. Monthly Contest

• Contest prize pool and distribution rules are displayed on the Contest page.
• Winning through fake referrals or multiple accounts will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes.
• Contest results are final.

12. Deposits

• Deposits are credited automatically after blockchain confirmation.
• The minimum deposit amount is shown on the Deposit page. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited.
• You are responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct address. Transactions sent to wrong addresses or with the wrong coin cannot be recovered.

13. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is $0.50 (equivalent to 500 UMZ at the standard rate) for all payment methods.
• A small network fee may apply depending on your chosen method — the exact fee is always shown before you confirm.
• Withdrawals are processed instantly; only blockchain confirmation time applies.
• You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Withdrawals sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed or recovered.
• We reserve the right to hold or review any withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

14. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using VPN, proxy or emulator to hide your identity
• Bots, auto-clickers, scripts or any automation tools
• AdBlockers while using earning features
• Exploiting bugs or loopholes
• Fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusing the referral system

Violation of any of these rules may result in balance forfeiture and permanent account suspension without refund.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time if we believe it violates these terms, engages in fraud or harms the Platform or its users. Balances of terminated accounts engaged in fraudulent activity will be forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

16. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, third-party failures or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. Features, rates and rewards may be modified, added or removed at any time.

17. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings according to your local laws.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific amount of earnings. Earnings depend on task availability, ad supply and your activity.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMZosi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or balance, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

20. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos and materials on this Platform are the property of UMZosi (umzosi.com) and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date will always reflect the current version.
